Zack is a Student Intern in the Marriage and Family Therapy Master’s program at Abilene Christian University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas.

Zack brings a warm, collaborative, and relationship-focused approach to therapy. He is passionate about helping couples and families develop healthy communication patterns that strengthen connection, deepen understanding, and foster more fulfilling relationships.

His therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Attachment-Based Therapy. Through CBT, Zack helps clients identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical communication tools and strategies they can apply in their daily lives. He also utilizes attachment-focused interventions to help clients understand how early relationships and childhood experiences may influence their current relationship dynamics, communication styles, and emotional connections.

Zack works with couples, families, and individuals seeking support with relationship concerns, communication difficulties, and family dynamics. His goal is to provide a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change in their relationships.

As a father, Zack understands the importance of connection, communication, and creating healthy family relationships. He strives to help clients gain the tools and confidence needed to strengthen their relationships and navigate life's challenges with greater understanding and resilience.

Outside of the therapy room, Zack enjoys hiking, listening to music, and spending time with his one-year-old son. He especially enjoys taking him to the pool and creating meaningful family memories together.

Zack offers low-fee sessions for individuals at $50 and couples or families at $60. As a student intern under supervision, he is committed to providing accessible, compassionate care while helping clients develop the tools and skills needed to build stronger relationships, improve communication, and create lasting positive change.
