Eva holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Legal Studies and is currently completing her internship to earn a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her mission is to provide compassionate support and guidance to individuals and families navigating transitions, challenges, and personal growth.

Her therapeutic approach integrates Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, fostering stronger connections and empowering partners to discover their strengths and solutions. She also specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for children, creating a safe space to process day-to-day hurdles and traumatic experiences and build resilience.

With a decade of experience supporting military families overseas, Eva brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work with military communities. She has also supported families of children with autism, providing education and resources during the early stages of diagnosis, as well as individuals and families impacted by suicide and suicidal ideation.

Outside of her professional life, Eva enjoys cycling, hiking, and staying active in wrestling, a sport she has been dedicated to since childhood and has had the pleasure of coaching many students to championships around the world.

Eva offers low-fee sessions for individuals, couples, and families at $50. She is committed to making therapy accessible and creating a supportive space where clients can build stronger relationships, discover new perspectives, and find hope in their journey toward healing and growth.
