Ashlyn Womack, MMFT, is a dedicated Board Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate who brings a direct, honest, and engaging approach to her work with clients. Known for her ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, Ashlyn creates an environment where clients feel both supported and constructively challenged to grow. She is straightforward yet compassionate, helping clients identify patterns, confront barriers, and take active steps toward the change they want to see. She holds a bachelor's degree in human development and family sciences from Louisiana Tech University and a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Texas Wesleyan University.

Ashlyn’s clinical background includes walking with individuals, couples, and families through psychiatric challenges, marriage and pre-marital counseling, family systems, and trauma counseling. Ashlyn views therapy as a collaborative process focused on practical solutions and meaningful progress. She utilizes a dynamic blend of Solution-Focused, Narrative, Strategic, Structural, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in her practice, helping clients gain clarity and take actionable steps toward growth.

Fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for more complex trauma work, she is committed to providing tailored, evidence-based solutions that fit her clients' goals toward healing. Ashlyn has completed BRIEF solution-focused narrative training in London, has worked in a psychiatric hospital, and is a facilitator for Prepare and Enrich. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog or volunteering locally.

Ashlyn provides individual sessions at $100 and couples or family sessions at $120. Her approach focuses on compassionate, client-centered support while helping individuals, couples, and families work toward meaningful growth and positive change.
