Life Transitions
Analexis Pate is a Marriage and Family Therapy Student Intern who enjoys working with couples and families as they navigate relationship challenges, major life changes, and personal growth. She strives to create a supportive environment where clients can better understand their relationship dynamics, identify practical steps forward, and work toward meaningful change.
Analexis draws from Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize patterns, build on their existing strengths, and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges. She is especially interested in helping clients strengthen confidence and self-esteem, repair disconnected or cut-off relationships, and navigate significant life transitions.
Her approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. Analexis believes therapy can provide a space for clients to clarify what they want to change while identifying realistic steps that can help them move toward their goals.
Outside of the therapy room, Analexis enjoys reading, crocheting, and visiting new places with friends and family.
As a supervised student intern, Analexis provides low-fee therapy sessions for individuals at $50 and couples or families at $60.
